A DEEPER INSIGHT

Each mark within the spectral frequency represents a layer of sound. In effect, it is measuring the texture of sound, rather than simply the volume - therefore it reveals even those sounds that are hidden to the human ear, by other, louder sounds. The following slide chart is  an insight into some the markings. By designing these digital slides to understand spectral frequency, Cheryl was inspired to create the mosaic pieces that carry the story of each wave within them.
