The Spectral frequency reveals layers of sound, even those masked by louder noises,  Cheryl reduced the speed of high tide, to see if it might give clarity to the sonic layers. The speed has been decreased by 12 RPM to represent the space between tides. The result is eerily akin to a room full of people, all vying to be heard.
