Following the tremendous success of online sales for downloads of my new Album 'Woman Needs a Temple' A Collection of Recordings made during my Meditative Practice at my Studio in West Wales, I have just completed the design work for a Limited Edition Hard Copy CD with artwork by renowned Irish Artist, Ger Kennedy, which I am hoping will be ready before Christmas ... more details to follow, like the fascinating story behind the painting & insights into how, despite living with hearing loss, tinnitus & hyperacusis, I have been able to re-build & bring music back into my life through healing meditation.
Today, I am putting all my love into the beginning of an exciting new adventure that has been in the pipeline for some time. Having been teaching & mentoring literally 1000's of people over the last 30 years, helping them to Self nurture & better manage the sometimes stressful and anxious daily patterns of life that we face in the modern world, I am now in the studio recording these lessons, so as to reach and empower even more beautiful souls to live their best life.
But what does that mean? What is a 'best life' ?
For me, it is a life of integrity, being whole and undivided. It is a life of humility, where we see each other as equals without the need to bigger or better. A life of graceful gratitude, where we honour ourselves, each other and this wonderful planet that we are part of. A life where kindness is our soul motivation. An honest and truthful life, where we can be accepted as ourselves, by ourselves. A life of respect, where we nurture our boundaries and acknowledge those of others without contempt. A best life, is a life fuelled by love, the energy that knows all things. I wonder, what does your 'best life' look like? Are you living your best life? What needs to change so that you can?
It is indeed a great privilege to apply my creativity in such a way as to help so many others, for your well being, is my calling ...
All Love to You, Dear Ones
Having come up with the design yesterday, today I made a number of colour block logo's to use online, but I couldn't decide which one I liked the most, so I thought I would call upon my lovely facebook friends and ask them what they thought. The response was overwhelming. I am very touched that so many people took time out of their day to give their opinion, but they were so varied. The order I have them in above, is based on popularity, but it was a close call for the top 2.
In the end, I decided to try out the orange one on my facebook page for a day or so, to see how I feel about it. I like it because I am very much in a spiritual shakti phase at the moment. I think it might be my menopause, but i definitely feel a shift towards standing taller as a woman. Half way through the menopause, I was convinced that I would come out the other end as a wise old crone, but this is a different feeling all together to anything I have ever experienced before ... anyway, I digress ... If you would like to tell me which colour connects to you and why, I'd love to hear from you.
Author: Cheryl Beer
My name is Cheryl Beer. This blog is a sacred space for me to share love. I am so overwhelmed by the levels of fear and hate in the world that I feel almost powerless to do anything about it. Surely, someone as small as me couldn't possibly make a difference, could they? In my youth, I tried being angry to make change. In my thirties, I tried postulating research to make change. In my forties, I tried rolling up my sleeves and running myself ragged to make change, but now, as I pass through the menopausal stages of my fifties, I know in my heart that I can make the biggest change simply by living love and sharing love. Not the capitalist notion of love, not romantic love or sexy love, rather the pure raw energy of being a compassionate, caring human being, for in sharing this, perhaps I will inspire others to follow suit.
